Time for another Lost Episode! Welcome to Movie Podcast Weekly, Episode 280. In this show, we bring you three Feature Reviews of Game Night (2018) and Annihilation (2018) and Mute (2018). We’re joined by special guest, friend of the show and long-time listener, Dino Ticinelli. Episode 280 is one of MPW’s so-called “Lost Episodes.” It was originally recorded on Feb. 26, 2018 and was originally slated for release way back on Feb. 28, 2018. Jason, Andy and Karl enjoyed recording this episode with Dino. Ryan was under the weather, so he does not appear in Episode 280. Even so, join us!
If you’re new to our show… Movie Podcast Weekly typically features four hosts — Jason, Andy, Karl and Geek Cast Ry — along with frequent guests. We give you our verdicts on at least one new movie release from the current year that’s currently playing in theaters, as well as several mini reviews of whatever we’ve been watching lately. New episodes release every single week!

Thanks for listening, and join us again next week for Movie Podcast Weekly.
I like Jason… but he has strange taste sometimes! Mute was a pretty average and silly movie as I remember. Bladerunner 2049 was superior in every way. But each to their own I guess 🙂
Ha ha ha Fair enough, Porg Eater. You’re right about my strange tastes. After all, I’m the guy who loves the film, “The Corpse of Anna Fritz” (2015). I get why people don’t like Anna Fritz … but I genuinely can’t understand the contempt for “Mute.” Thanks for writing!

Watched Mute ages ago and I remember there were some things that I did like about it… so I can say I didn’t hate it and It was enjoyable enough!
Anyway, I wanted to say thank you for all your podcast work. I listen to them all and you’re a great host, particularly like any episode with Bill Chete (and his strong opinions)! Glad to see that he’s making a comeback with Horror Movie weekly. I’ll stay tuned, and hope that you keep podcasting forever!
I couldn’t do Mute either. I gave it 20 minutes or so….
